The LCPD is introducing the ATRU.
Introduction: The ATRU are replacing Liberty City's NOOSE Tactical Responce Team. They are SWAT trained for the worst situations such as Hostage Situations, Barricaded Suspects, High-risk Arrest Warrantss, Terrorism.

ATRU Requirments
-Must be in the LCPD
-Must have a high weapon skills
-Must be an intelligent individual
-Optianold: Be in NOOSE If you were accepted into NOOSE It would be a better chance
-Must hold a standard firearm license
-Must hold a standard driver's license
